Q. Do you have an existing pool of candidates to choose from?
A. We cater our services to your exact needs. This allows your company to function at maximum efficiency. There is not a pool to choose from because we use a Personalized Recruiting System. This includes an ad written specifically to attract top applicants for the position. Candidates are chosen from the qualified responses.
Q. Do I pay a flat fee or a percentage of annual salary?
A. You should not have to pay more just because you are paying a higher salary to the person you hire. It is your decision to determine what value a person brings to your business. Agencies charge based on percentage of starting salary, and that can add up to thousands of dollars for a more highly paid candidate. We charge a flat fee for the service of finding you a qualified candidate.
Q. How much of my time do I have to spend during this process?
A. Minimal. An introductory “discovery” interview is conducted to understand your precise needs. Once this is completed, we then take over the complete hiring process. This allows you to use your time more efficiently and continue to run your business. When the final hiring decision is needed, you will conduct the last interview to determine whom to hire. We will give you our recommendation. |
